This new system of cutting surface is made of

- A rigid base, with 2 spurs

- A flexible and reversible cutting board made of polyethylene, with fitting holes

With this system you can easily replace the cutting board when it is scratched by knives, which might cause food contamination. This system is less expensive than changing the classing cutting board . The cutting surface always stays plane. Dishwasher safe, the base and the flex board can be separated for easy cleaning. The high density polyethylene material is easy on the knives.

Specifications: Flex board - 1.5 mm thick

Made with high density polyethylene, food contact approved, 100% recyclable.
