"ERGOPLAN" cutting board set
ERGOPLAN allows you to chop, trim, and mince, either with a knife on the flexible board, or with a "Mandoline" directly above the container. Chopped items can be pushed directly into the storage tub, reducing handling and risk of waste due to food falling to the floor. The container is interchangable. The flexible cutting board is reversible, can be replaced, and protects your work surface from notching, keeping it smooth and flat. The additional height improves ergonomics, making the work surface more comfortable.
ERGOPLAN comes with:
- 1 Polyethylene chopping board 73 x 36.5 cm, 20 mm thick, mounted on 5 feet with non-slip pads
- 2 Flexible cutting boards GN 1/1, 10 mm thick, can clip on to the board
- 1 Modulus container GN 1/3, depth 10 cm with lid
- 2 Modulus containers GN 1/6, depth 10 cm with lid
