Spatula thermometer, Spatula+Thermometer
Designed to mix products like cream, sauces, sugar and chocolate in the pan or bain-marie, in chocolate dipping machine, while looking at the temperature with the same tool. The spatula Exoglass resists up to +200 C. Removable thermometer -50 C to +200 C, tight spray water.
Spatula is dishwasher safe but not the thermometer.
