Chocolate Fountain
A curtain of warm cascading chocolate on buffet or for shop animation. The fountain keeps the chocolate warms at the ultimate temperature and bring it to the top of the machine.
It's used like fondue machine to cover fruits or biscuits.
All elements are easily removable for cleaning.
Chocolate temperature is regulated.
The motor is very silent.
Capacity : 2 kg of chocolate (add 10% of cacao butter for fluidity).
